We teach with integrity, compassion and patience. Yoga classes are designed to help build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. We also offer Holy Fire III Reiki Training and Certification Classes.

Our studio is within the heart of Uptown Marion, Iowa. It is a clean, peaceful and inviting space that is dedicated to the practices of yoga, Reiki and piercing. Our studio is open by appointment only, allowing us to focus our attention on the quality of time and energy given to each interaction.
